Associate

Aric represents private fund sponsors, investment advisers, and institutional investors in transactional matters across private equity, private credit, and hedge funds, including activist strategies. His sponsor-side practice spans closed-end funds, evergreen vehicles, and SMAs. This includes drafting offering and transactional agreements for onshore and offshore structures, as well as structuring seed and GP stakes investments and warehousing arrangements. On the investor side, Aric advises LPs on fund commitments, including diligence of governance and economic terms, successor funds, continuation vehicles, and side letter negotiations. He also represents clients in secondary transactions and intra-affiliate interest transfers. In addition, Aric maintains a general corporate practice spanning emerging companies and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions.  Aric advises clients on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and venture and equity financings. He focuses on representing investment advisers, private funds, and fund sponsors across diverse industries. Aric also maintains a general corporate practice, providing guidance to companies and organizations of all sizes.
