Advising a joint venture between Mace Developments and Doric Properties on all real estate aspects of the £150 million regeneration of Botley town centre in Oxford by way of a mixed-use scheme comprising student accommodation, retail units and community uses. This complex project involved advice on site assembly, acquisition, pre-lets, funding, forward sales, structuring, tax and construction.
Acted for a Chinese developer on a US$1 billion project in Nine Elms in London, a substantial mixed use development of more than one million square feet comprising 491 apartments, a five-star hotel and two high-rise towers.
Advising Greycoat in a joint venture with Goldman Sachs in relation to the acquisition and pre-letting of Procession House, a prime office block at Ludgate Circus in London.
