Christian is an associate in Reed Smith’s Global Commercial Disputes group. As a former federal judicial law clerk, he brings a deep understanding of judicial decision-making to his litigation practice, allowing him to craft well-reasoned, persuasive strategies and arguments in both briefing and at trial. His practice encompasses a wide range of complex litigation, including contract, tort, and statutory claims and matters involving trade secrets, unfair business practices, intellectual property, and government regulations.
