Chris assists his clients with complex financing transactions, leveraged buyouts, and other corporate matters. In his finance practice, Chris represents both lenders and borrowers in a broad range of secured and unsecured financing arrangements, including acquisition financings, asset-based revolving credit facilities, project financings, and other middle-market credit facilities. He also advises lenders in sophisticated secured precious metals lending facilities.

Representative matters

Represented PNC Bank, National Association, in a senior secured revolving credit facility for Power Motive Corporation, a retailer and servicer of construction equipment.
Represented CIBC Bank USA, as administrative agent, in a senior secured revolving, delayed draw and term loan credit facility for S & S Fuels and Twin Star Energy.
Represented KeyBank National Association, as administrative agent, L/C issuer, swing lender and a lender, in a senior secured revolving loan facility, term loan and swing loan for Flagship Premium Food Group LLC and La Tortilla Factory Inc., as borrowers, for the acquisition of Tortilla King, Inc., one of the largest tortilla producers in the Midwestern U.S.
