Conor represents employers in a wide variety of employment disputes in both state and federal courts. His practice includes defending claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as wage-and-hour class and collective actions, restrictive covenant enforcement, trade secret disputes, and breach-of-contract and collective bargaining agreements. He has experience managing all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment and pleadings through discovery, motion practice, oral argument, and pretrial strategy. In addition to litigation, Conor offers employment counseling on issues across the country and provides strategic advice on managing active employee matters to mitigate risk and support business objectives.
