Daniel Rainer

Associate

Daniel is an international trade lawyer based in Singapore and focuses in dispute resolution. He has worked on a number of maritime casualties, including fires, groundings, collisions and pollution response, and has experience in contractual disputes under charterparties, pool agreements, slot sharing contracts, bills of lading, sale and purchase contracts and offtake agreements.

Daniel has experience in English court litigation and arbitration under LMAA, SIAC and HKMAG rules. He works closely with commodity traders, shipowners, P&I clubs, H&M underwriters and salvors, and has completed a secondment with an International Group P&I club in London.
