She has extensive experience representing clients on their successful IPOs on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and on AIM. Following their listing, she continues to advise them on secondary fundraisings and continuing obligations under the relevant market rules.

- advising Jefferies on its role as sponsor and book runner on the £180 million IPO of Residential Income Plc
- advised joint bookrunners Jefferies International and Kempen & Co N.V., on Tritax EuroBox’s oversubscribed £300 million IPO
- advised joint bookrunners Jefferies International and Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited on a £67.2 million secondary fundraising for infrastructure investment company BBGI Sicav
Advised AXA REIM on:
- the complex acquisition via a REIT structure of a 50% stake in Cabot Circus Shopping Centre for £267.8 million from Land Securities
- the acquisition of two Club Quarters Hotels at sites in St Pauls and Gracechurch Street, London

- the sale of 334-348 Oxford Street (the Debenhams store) to a private investor for £400 million
