Devan is an accomplished litigator who represents a broad spectrum of clients, including major financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and individuals, with a focus on commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and financial services disputes. She has significant experience representing corporate clients across a variety of industries such as oil and gas, renewable energy, financial services, manufacturing, and real estate. Devan’s practice encompasses both federal and state courts, where she manages all stages of litigation—from pre-suit investigation and emergency relief to trial, arbitration, and appeal.

Advised oil and gas companies through Subchapter V proceeding, negotiating contingent liability in ongoing litigation from over $7 million to under $1 million for both debtors and eliminating personal liability for key principal.
