Harry Clark

Harry has particular experience advising interactive entertainment clients on emerging regulatory frameworks governing digital content, including consumer protection, age ratings, UGC, gambling, prize competitions, advertising and promotional marketing. He regularly drafts consumer-facing terms and policies, as well as commercial agreements, and advises on the complex interplay between online safety, advertising and content regulation for novel digital products and services.

Harry also advises clients across the technology, media and public sectors on the legal and governance implications of generative AI, including intellectual property risks, regulatory compliance and responsible deployment. He has developed and delivered AI literacy training programmes for legal professionals and contributed to public consultation responses on AI and intellectual property policy for technology sector trade associations. His commercial industry knowledge is complemented by in-house experience gained through a secondment at a major multinational consumer goods company.

Harry is Chair of The Law Society's Junior Solicitors Network and the National Junior Lawyers Division, working with representatives across the legal profession to advance the interests of junior solicitors. He is a regular speaker and panellist on generative AI and law, social mobility and the future of the legal profession.
