She has extensive experience working with corporate clients, as well as domestic and international private equity and pension fund sponsors, on mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, divestitures, joint ventures, and other corporate matters. Her capital markets practice includes the representation of both issuers and underwriters in public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, and she regularly advises public companies on governance and SEC reporting and compliance and disclosure matters.
