Counseled QurAlis on a license and collaboration with Lilly for a potentially best-in-class therapy for neurodegenerative diseases, including ALS and frontotemporal dementia, with a potential deal value of $622 million plus royalties.
Represented Muna in a strategic alliance with GSK to accelerate development of novel treatments for Alzheimer’s disease, with a potential deal value of €733.5 million plus royalties.
