Kenneth E. Broughton

Ken is a first-chair trial lawyer and an experienced litigator focused on energy litigation, commercial litigation, product liability defense litigation, and commodities litigation. He is one of the founding partners of Reed Smith’s Houston office and previously served as the office’s managing partner.
