Guides companies through the complexities of multistate corporate tax issues throughout the United States with deep technical insight and proven results

Kenny is a partner in the firm’s State Tax Group helping clients with issues involving corporate income and franchise taxes, sales and use taxes, and gross receipts taxes throughout the country. He works collaboratively with clients to resolve these issues most frequently in state tax audits and administrative appeals, but also in litigation in court when necessary. He has handled state tax matters in over 20 taxing jurisdictions.

In addition to helping clients resolve tax assessments, Kenny also works closely with clients to proactively and strategically pursue state tax savings where the result can oftentimes be significant refunds of taxes.
