Leah is an associate in the Pittsburgh office, and focuses her practice on litigation matters, with an emphasis on antitrust and competition. She counsels numerous clients in various industries, with a particular focus on life sciences clients, including distributors, manufacturers and health care providers. Leah also routinely provides clients with guidance on pre- and post-merger competition issues, including preparing Hart-Scott-Rodino filings and counseling clients in responding to government investigations and subpoenas.
