His practice includes mortgage lending, construction and bridge loans, syndicated credit facilities, and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions across all major asset classes, including office, multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality, and healthcare.

Representative matters

Represented the administrative agent in a $273 million credit facility secured by a 27-property portfolio across 12 states.
Represented the administrative agent in a $74 million loan for the acquisition and improvement of an 18-building industrial portfolio in New Jersey.
Represented a lender in connection with a $68.8 million term loan financing for a national lender. The transaction involved the assignment of an existing $42 million loan and refinanced the borrower’s leasehold estate in a multifamily residential apartment building in Brooklyn, New York.
