Matt is an associate in the firm’s Transportation Industry Group, with a focus on aviation and asset finance and strong experience advising on complex cross-border financings and leasing transactions. He has developed a solid track record acting on high-value and structurally sophisticated matters across the aviation, transportation and energy sectors.
Matt advises lenders, lessors, airlines, and sponsors on a wide range of asset finance products, including aircraft and engine financing and leasing, secured lending, portfolio acquisitions, restructurings and refinancings. His experience spans operating and finance leases, PDP financings and warehouse facilities, as well as related security and enforcement issues, with significant experience advising on large fleet acquisitions and financing transactions.
