Successfully defended a world-leading industrial MNC in a SIAC arbitration, against a product liability claim arising from alleged defects in heavy machinery in a coal-fired power plant in a South-East Asian country, involving a claim of originally over US$100 million.

Successfully acted for a leading MNC in defending an ICC arbitration award, involving complex issues of sale of goods and quantification of claims, and rarely discussed issue of prejudgment in related arbitrations (CNQ v. CNR [2022] SGHC 267).
