Representative matters

Represented a leading aircraft engine manufacturer in an ongoing SIAC arbitration rising from multiple contracts for the sales of engines and supply of related maintenance services.
Successfully obtained interim prohibitory injunction in favour of cryptocurrency token issuer in JAMS emergency arbitration proceedings leading to settlement of claims arising out of a token merger agreement then-valued to be worth USD 7.5 billion.
Successfully defended a world-leading industrial MNC in a SIAC arbitration, against a product liability claim arising from alleged defects in heavy machinery in a coal-fired power plant in a South-East Asian country, involving a claim of originally over US$100 million.
