Advised buyers on the proposed acquisition of a 40% stake in a CMA-regulated Saudi financial services firm.

Advised Africa50 on its US$320 million joint venture with Bayobab, a subsidiary of MTN Group, for the development of Project East2West, a terrestrial fibre optic cable network connecting East and West Africa.

Counselled Gradiant, a global leader in advanced water and wastewater treatment solutions, on its acquisitions of Muscat Projects & Engineering Services (MPES) and Advanced Watertek, both key players in the water management sector.

Advised FIVE Holdings on the acquisition of a hotel under construction in Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai.

Advised the shareholders of Emad Bakeries on the sale of their entire stake to Gulf Islamic Investments Group’s GreenCorp.

Represented MENA tech investor A15 in the disposal of its majority stake in adtech business Connect Ads to the Aleph Group, a global digital communications and marketing conglomerate.
