He has more than a decade of experience executing transactions across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa, with a particular focus on high-value transactions in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Advised e& (formerly Etisalat) on its entry into a groundbreaking AI joint venture with SK Telecom, Deutsche Telekom, Singtel, and SoftBank Corp.
Assisted GFH Partners Ltd with its strategic investment in Manrre REIT (CEIC) PLC, a Dubai-based real estate fund specialising in logistics and industrial assets across the UAE and GCC, with a portfolio valued at AED 500 million.
Represented TVM Capital Healthcare in its US$35 million investment in Boston Oncology Arabia, a bio-generic drug manufacturer in Saudi Arabia.
