Nick is the managing partner of Reed Smith’s Princeton office. He has extensive experience representing major banks and other institutional lenders in a broad spectrum of lending and finance transactions with an emphasis on real estate financing and corporate lending transactions. He frequently advises clients in connection with syndicated secured credit transactions, loan facilities secured with corporate assets, construction loan facilities, permanent financings secured by real estate, and loan workouts.

Representing a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation in connection with the acquisition of a tiered ground leasehold interest in and to certain parcels of real property located on a military base from the Secretary of the Army of The United States of America for the purpose of developing a research and development office park.
Represented a construction lender in connection with an $88,000,000.00 loan facility to develop a luxury hotel on New Jersey’s “Gold Coast”.
