She advises domestic and international clients on company establishment, corporate governance, shareholder arrangements, regulatory compliance, and complex transactions. Her experience spans M&A due diligence, capital markets, fund structuring, and cross-border investigations, with particular familiarity in the application of the Saudi Companies Law and the Civil Transactions Law.
