Advised the lenders on syndicated financing of a prepayment facility from an international commodities trading company to a metals mining company in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Advised the lenders on a syndicated multi-jurisdictional borrowing base financing facility in respect of the import, storage and export of agricultural commodities in certain African jurisdictions including Malawi, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique and Tanzania.

Advised a commodity hedge fund in relation to a borrowing base facility financing goods in storage in Europe and the US and associated receivables.
