His transactional experience includes corporate loans, asset-based loans, receivables and commodity and inventory finance (using debt and title-based structures) including borrowing base, intermediations, repos, prepayments, and acquisition, project and development finance, as well as venture debt.

Representative matters

Advised a commodities trading company as lender and agent in relation to a syndicated term financing (and related equity investment) to an AIM-listed English E&P company to finance the development of an onshore gas field.
Advised the lenders on syndicated financing of a prepayment facility from an international commodities trading company to a metals mining company in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Advised the lenders on a syndicated multi-jurisdictional borrowing base financing facility in respect of the import, storage and export of agricultural commodities in certain African jurisdictions including Malawi, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique and Tanzania.
