Representing a consortium of construction companies in €180 million DAB proceedings (and possibly ICC arbitration in Paris) in relation to a large construction project in Africa (FIDIC, Yellow book).
Advising a European contractor in DAB proceedings and ICC arbitration proceedings against a European public entity regarding a road construction project (FIDIC), subject to Eastern Europe law.
Representing a European client on a rail project in Asia involving the review of a construction contract (FIDIC) and project correspondence in relation to claims.
