Regina advises corporate trustees and agents on a wide range of debt capital markets transactions, including standalone issues, MTN programmes, equity-linked products, repackagings, and securitisations. She also regularly advises facility agents, security agents, and intercreditor agents on loan financing transactions, including real estate financing, project financing, and structured financing.

Regina has in-depth experience advising corporate trustees on all post-issuance matters, including defaults and restructurings, as well as amendments, waivers, consent processes, and tender and exchange offers.
