Bob is a member of the firm’s Global Corporate Group, based in the Chicago office. He currently serves as the U.S. Vice-Chair of the firm’s Global M&A Group and as Chair of the Chicago office’s summer associate committee. Bob concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, equity financing transactions, corporate governance issues, and general corporate law matters for private equity funds and their portfolio companies, independent sponsors, and other public and privately held businesses. His transaction experience spans a wide range of industries and deal sizes.

Represented SPINS LLC, a leading wellness-focused data, analytics and technology provider in the U.S., in its transaction involving a strategic investment from Warburg Pincus.
Represented Revolos, a full-service finance and insurance solutions provider and portfolio company of Golden Gate Capital, in its sale to Protective Life Corporation, a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of Dai-Ichi Life Holdings, Inc.
