Assisted Alpha Real Capital with the completion of a deal to purchase the ground rents for a £1 billion portfolio of three central London hotels. This transaction was carried out under Alpha’s Index Linked Income Fund (ILIF), which focuses on long-income real asset investments.
Acted for Telereal Trillium on the sale of its UK-wide Hayhill Portfolio to Singaporean investor Elite for £212 million. The Hayhill Portfolio comprises 98 regional offices, let to the Department for Work and Pensions on 10-year FRI leases.
