Advised Netcetera, a company of the Giesecke+Devrient (G+D) group, on its acquisition of the "Payment & Banking Services" business of Cologne-based Bank-Verlag, a subsidiary of the Association of German Banks, integrating critical payment infrastructure into G+D Netcetera.
Represented International Chemical Investors Group (ICIG) in the acquisition of the compound business of Benvic Group SAS from PVC Europe Group S.a.r.l., an independently managed investment subsidiary of Investindustrial Growth L.P., leading and coordinating a cross-border team of more than 100 lawyers from eight jurisdictions.
Advised Giesecke+Devrient (G+D), an international security technology group, on the acquisition of MECOMO AG, through which G+D aimed to become an IoT solution provider with a complete end-to-end portfolio for customers in the transport and logistics sector.

Advised the medical technology manufacturer Coldplasmatech GmbH on an equity financing and associated strategic investment by the US company Royal Biologics.
Advised Kaia Health Software GmbH on a US$26 million Series B financing round led by Optum Ventures, Idinvest, and Capital300.
Advised Kaia Health Software GmbH, a digital-health technology startup, on several equity financings, including a seed round with Sunstone Capital, a Series A round led by Balderton Capital, and add-on financing by Optum Ventures.
Advised funds managed by Bayern Kapital in a US$40 million financing in ProGlove led by Summit Partners.
