Timothy has substantial experience defending employers against a wide range of wage-and-hour claims, from single-plaintiff administrative matters to complex class actions involving thousands of putative class members. He has represented employers in cases alleging violations of meal and rest period requirements, overtime and minimum wage laws, piece-rate compensation, regular rate calculations, wage statement obligations, and reimbursement of business expenses. Tim also has extensive experience litigating claims brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
