Representative matters

Represented a leading credit investment and specialty finance firm in complex state and federal litigation involving computer hacking and theft of trade secrets claims.
Represented a significant bio-pharma company in litigation against its former CEO arising out of alleged breaches of severance and employment agreements.
Represented a major medical manufacturer in a federal appeal seeking to reverse the vacatur of a hard-fought arbitration award.
