Will is a partner in the firm's Global Regulatory Enforcement Group. His practice focuses on antitrust matters, including civil antitrust litigation, government antitrust investigations, and Hart-Scott-Rodino counseling.

Will’s litigation experience covers a variety of other areas, including intellectual property, products liability, and RICO. He has briefed and argued dispositive motions in state and federal courts, taken and defended depositions, and examined witnesses at trial.
