Jason is an associate in our Energy and Natural Resources Group, based in the Austin office. His practice focuses on domestic and international infrastructure project transactions, representing developers, contractors, equipment manufacturers, and operators involved in energy projects, with a particular focus on renewable energy.

Jason has also represented commercial developers, purchasers, sellers, lenders, and borrowers with various real estate agreements.
