Kristen is a counsel in the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes group, where she focuses her practice on the defense of class action claims, particularly those arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). She also has deep experience handling data privacy class actions and representing clients in complex litigation concerning consumer privacy, data security, and data breach issues.
