Kristen is an associate in the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes group. Kristen concentrates her practice on the defense of class action privacy claims, particularly under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Kristen also has substantial experience representing clients in complex business and commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. Kristen has represented technology and medical device companies, and other businesses, in breach of contract claims and business torts as well as claims arising under the Lanham Act and complex fraud claims arising under the False Claims Act. Kristen has worked on several trial teams, including successfully defending clients in bench trial and arbitration proceedings.
