James trained with Reed Smith and joined the Global Corporate Group as an associate in 2017. He is based in the London office and has also spent time working out in Athens.
James advises on a wide range of international corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity.
James completed a year-long secondment with an international technology client, during which he advised on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including a number of SaaS and cloud computing agreements. He also helped to transition the in house legal team to new leadership.
