Dan is an associate in the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes group. Dan’s practice focuses on representing businesses and individuals in intricate commercial litigation in federal and state courts across the country. He has extensive experience representing manufacturers, medical device companies, financial institutions and brokerage firms, software companies, and other businesses with an emphasis on breach of contract claims, business torts, product liability defense, and license disputes.
Dan is experienced in all facets of the litigation process from early case assessments all the way through preparing cases for trial. His experience particularly includes formulating litigation strategy, managing the discovery process, taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions, preparing company witnesses for deposition and trial testimony, and drafting dispositive and pretrial motions.
Dan also has a strong commitment to pro bono practice and regularly represents individuals seeking asylum in the United States before the Immigration Courts.
