Tyler is an associate in the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes Group, where he practices in federal and state courts across the country.
He handles a wide range of commercial litigation, representing clients across diverse industries in matters including civil enforcement actions, regulatory investigations, contract disputes, and products liability litigation.
Tyler manages various phases of pretrial practice, including developing case strategy, resolving discovery disputes, and taking depositions. He has focused experience overseeing complex eDiscovery processes, including managing large-scale document review projects.
Tyler also has trial experience, having helped clients achieve favorable results in both jury and bench trial settings. His experience includes working closely with joint defense groups in multi-state and multidistrict litigation.
Tyler dedicates a portion of his practice to pro bono work.
