Jared is an associate in the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes Group. His practice currently involves a wide range of complex litigation matters in both federal and state courts, including contract disputes, financial services litigation, business and mass torts, and civil enforcement actions brought by state attorneys general.
Jared has been an integral member of several trial teams in high-stakes litigation. He has significant trial and pre-trial experience, including developing and implementing strategy, managing e-discovery, litigating discovery disputes, coordinating with opposing and co-counsel, taking and defending complex depositions of fact, expert, and corporate designee witnesses, working with expert witnesses, and pre-trial preparation.
Jared also maintains an active pro bono practice that has included representing Philadelphia area low-income individuals who face the threat of litigation in real estate disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Jared served as a judicial intern in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as a legal intern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
