Jeff is a member of the Real Estate Group with an extensive background that concentrates on real estate litigation and land use entitlements and disputes. He has acted as first chair in real estate contracts, land use entitlements, and real estate tax assessments and exemptions disputes. His practice includes significant experience in the energy industry, including both natural gas and renewable resources. He has advised clients in obtaining municipal zoning amendments and entitlements in the natural gas, solar, and data center industries.

Represented an international energy company in the development of excess land for data center development.
Represented a student housing lender in obtaining a receivership after its borrower defaulted.
Represented an international data center operator in obtaining a municipal overlay district and subsequent entitlements to a large data center campus.
