Reed Smith LLP and Environmental Law Institute (ELI) are pleased to present a seminar on recent developments in Nanotechnology.  Our panel will be moderated by Tony Klapper (Partner, Reed Smith LLP).  Panel participants include:  Roger Martella (former EPA General Counsel), George Kimbrell (Staff Attorney, International Center for Technology Assessment) and Dave Wagner (Associate, Reed Smith LLP).

The program will provide an update of:

EPA’s nanotechnology oversight activities
legal challenges to EPA’s regulatory effort
how companies can mitigate the related business risks associated with developing and using nanomaterials
