Reed Smith's Financial Industry Group will host a teleseminar dedicated to understanding how the Home Affordable Modification Program ("HAMP") is impacting mortgages servicers and secondary market investors. The program will be moderated by Reed Smith Financial Services Regulatory Group Chair and Partner Leonard Bernstein. The discussion will feature group member Richard McMahon who has helped servicers implement the HAMP guidelines; Financial Services Litigation Partner Roy Arnold who will cover the cutting edge HAMP claims arising in court; Real Estate Partner Steve Lyons who has worked extensively on the secondary market investor ramifications of HAMP; and we are very privileged to also have with us Michael Flynn, General Counsel – Mortgage Banking at PNC.
