The SPAC market is booming internationally. Reportedly, SPACs have raised USD166 billion in Q1 of 2021, more than it has during the whole of 2020, and shows no signs of slowing. With nearly 300 SPAC IPO quarterly filings in 1Q21, the SPAC market now towers over traditional IPOs by a four-to-one ratio.
Recently, Arrow Capital (Group) acted as a co-sponsor on a SPAC listing of USD 276m on Nasdaq (New York).
