Stan Perry and Ricky Raven will present at ABA’s 2021 Virtual Litigation Section Annual Conference commencing on May 5-7th.

Stan will moderate a panel discussion among corporate counsel, outside counsel, and legal pricing/analytics professional about alternative fee arrangements for litigation matters, including best practices and lessons learned.

Ricky will present on a panel on how COVID-19 has transformed civil and criminal trials in palpable and potentially long-term ways and further discuss lessons learned from trials during COVID-19 and how to leverage those lessons for trials in a post-pandemic world.
