The program will explore the ICC Arbitration Commission’s report on “The Accuracy of Fact Witness Memory in International Arbitration: Current Issues and Possible Solutions.”
The panel will discuss the report’s proposed measures and tools for counsel and arbitrators to maximize the value of witness evidence in light of the Task Force’s findings on the effect of memory. A copy of the report prepared by the Task Force, co-chaired by Jose, can be found at iccwbo.org.
