This program will feature insights into the U.S. Supreme Court’s key business-related decisions from the 2020-2021 term and the notable business cases on the Court’s docket for the 2021-2022 term. We will discuss cases covering issues such as securities law, class actions and federal agency authority, as well as touching on the Court’s decision-making process, including through its “shadow docket.”

Jonathan Marcus, former Assistant to the Solicitor General and a partner in our Energy and Natural Resources Group, will lead the discussion, along with Appellate partner Jim Martin and litigators Elizabeth Brandon and Jason Hazlewood.

This program is presumptively approved for 1.0 CLE credit in California, Connecticut, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and West Virginia.
