The workshop is designed to support young arbitration practitioners as they develop their skills and confidence in addressing quantum issues—an area that is often perceived as complex and challenging. Quantum issues, which relate to the assessment and calculation of damages in arbitration, are a critical aspect of many disputes.
Mathilde and the panel will share practical insights and strategies for navigating quantum matters.
