Eric Lin joined the Beijing office on July 1, 2019, bringing with him more than 19 years’ experience in international M&A, project finance, energy and natural resources projects and foreign direct investment in China. Dora Wang advises multinational corporations in a broad range of industries on complex cross-border regulatory and compliance matters, internal and government investigations, litigation, and contentious employment matters. She joined the firm’s Shanghai office on May 20, 2019.
