LOS ANGELES – Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that its Entertainment & Media and Global Corporate teams advised Concord Music Group, in connection with its purchase of a majority ownership interest in Pulse Music Group.
Concord Music Group is the independent, worldwide leader in the development, management and acquisition of sound recordings, music publishing and theatrical performance rights. Pulse Music Group is a music publishing, management and music services company that is home to a talent roster credited with more than 100 million units of recorded music sales.
The cross-practice Reed Smith team on this transaction was comprised of Stephen Sessa, Chris Sheaffer, Anatoliy Rozental, Mitch Manger, Lowell Bourgeois, Monica Zhang, and Sophie Ha.
