PARIS - Global law firm Reed Smith has today announced that Caroline Ledoux will join its Global Corporate Group as a partner in Paris. Ledoux is the seventh corporate partner hire in Europe and the Middle East this year following the firm’s ambitious growth involving the launch of a new office in Brussels and expansion of the team in London.

Ledoux, who has extensive experience advising clients on corporate M&A, restructurings and joint ventures as well as on corporate litigation matters, joined the firm on 1 April.

Prior to joining K&L Gates as partner in 2014, Ledoux served as counsel in the Paris office of Allen & Overy. She has advised a broad range of investors and industrial companies, in particular in the energy, infrastructure and real estate segments, as well as financial institutions on M&A transactions.

A substantial portion of Ledoux's practice over the years has been cross-border, primarily involving transactions across Europe, and with the United States and Canada, and in particular Québec. It is anticipated that this will continue with Reed Smith's fully integrated global practice across thirty offices.
