Partner Miles Dumville has extensive experience in trial and appellate litigation at the federal and state court levels, as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings. His representation has involved commercial and consumer lending, workouts, competing interests in loan collateral, lender liability claims, mortgage-backed securities, and insurance coverage.

Graumlich, a partner and immediate past Global Practice Group Leader for Reed Smith's Labor & Employment group, has particular experience in handling systemic EEOC investigations involving ADA and Title VII charges, and claims of disability and religious accommodations discrimination, FMLA violations, whistleblower claims, trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation and labor arbitrations.

Pittman is an associate in Reed Smith's Financial Industry Group. He earned his J.D. at Washington & Lee University and focuses on commercial disputes, financial services and mortgage litigation.
