NEW YORK - Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that it advised private equity firm ORIX Capital Partners and its portfolio company Network Connex on its acquisition of Advantage Engineers LLC, a provider of consulting and engineering services to guide wireless, broadband, and fiber infrastructure projects from design through deployment.
The private equity team was comprised of Chris Sheaffer, Anatoliy Rozental, and James Tandler and associates Lowell Bourgeois, Sara O’Toole Loevner and Simon Kliegman; and the debt finance team was comprised of partner David Hayes and associates Matt Limbert, Margaret Deutsch, and Marisa Pogofsky.
