MIAMI - International arbitration partner Ed Mullins has been asked to represent the American Bar Association International Law Section (ABA ILS) team and assist other ABA leaders in consulting with Congressional staffers on the Forced Arbitration Injustice Repeal (FAIR) Act.

Rechtsanwälte: Ed Mullins

The ABA’s efforts are to ensure that any attempt to curtail the use of arbitration by Congress is consistent with ABA policy on arbitration, and international arbitration in particular. Ed served a similar role when the Arbitration Fairness Act was proposed 10 years ago.
