Previously, Overend appeared on the Daily Journal’s elite Top Trade Secrets Lawyers list in 2019 and its Top IP Lawyers list in 2016.

Overend was honored this year for two litigations he is handling on behalf of Philips Medical Systems regarding the client’s proprietary diagnostics software and theft of its trade secrets. The Daily Journal also highlighted Overend’s work helping clients identify and track their trade secrets and strengthen programs to protect them.
